THE PERSON THAT ANSWER THE PHONE SPEECH SPANISH & ENGLISH IS AWAYS A PROBLEM HE HAVE AN NASTY ATTITUDE..THEY CAN BE SITTING RIGHT THERE AND DON'T ❌ ANSWER THE PHONES..SOME OF THE STAFF HAVE NASTY ATTITUDE & RUDE ALSO WILL LIE ON YOU IN MINTUES ALONG WITH THE DOCTOR'S/ NURSE'S. MY SON & MYSELF HAVE BEEN COMING BACK TO BACK FOR APPOINTMENTS DEALING WITH OUR MEDICINES MOST OF OUR MEDICINES WE BOTH HAVE NOT ❌ GOT WE WAS TOLD THAT DOCTORS THAT WAS SEEING US WAS NOT DOING THEIR JOB SO GOT FRIED..EVERY TIME IS TIME FOR BLOOD WORK IT'S ALWAYS A PROBLEM THAT GRIL ACT LIKE SHE DOESN'T ❌ KNOW WHAT SHE DOING..GO TELL LIE ABOUT WE WANT LET HER GET BLOOD WORK..THEY NEED TO DO BETTER SINCE LIKE ALL THE FEW GOOD DOCTORS/ NURSE'S ARE GOING AND THE ONE'S THAT ARE LEFT THEY DON'T ❌ CARE ABOUT NOTHING AT ALL..BUT IF THERE LOVE ONE WAS COME GETTING SEEN IT WOULD BE SOMETHING DIFFERENT BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT ❌ WANT THE STAFF OR DOCTOR'S OR NURSE'S TREATING THEM ALL KINDS OF WAYS ..

Ever since they switched over management it sucks. If you call, its like a game of where is Waldo? No one answers, the operator just transfered you over and no one ever answers. If you leave a message for someone to call you back, no one ever does. But when I walk in there bothered, all you will hear are excuses of this wasnt working, that wasnt working but its the same excuses for months since they took over. It is literally so annoying to deal with them.

This office is absolutely horrible!! The Dr called in the wrong medication for me last week and I have called every single day multiple times a day and have left several messages trying to get my blood pressure medicine called in and no one will return my calls!! I live an hour away and have tons of health conditions so it’s not like I can just hop in my car anytime because I depend on other people to take me. Even my pharmacy has tried reaching this office to get my medicine and no one ever answers! I am extremely frustrated and do not recommend this office. I am going to have to go to the er because I don’t have my medicine thanks to them

Went in to have a blood pressure issue addressed and they went above and beyond and made sure all my health issues and concerns were addressed. The scheduling was okay but trying to reschedule was a little difficult with the third party so I just stopped in to the office and it was no problem!! Everyone was friendly and nice!!

Office is dysfunctional. It is impossible to reach anyone here. Been trying to simply reach someone to refill a prescription and literally can’t get anyone on the phone, through email or through the app that they ask you to use. Edit: I’m not even sure if this place qualifies as a clinic anymore as it can’t even seem to perform a basic function such as fulfilling a prescription. It has been 3 weeks since my bp meds lapsed. After several voice messages left, requests placed through the app and numerous amounts of phone calls speaking with various receptionists. I still don’t have my prescription filled. At this point, this clinic is more of a detriment and health hazard to the community than an asset. Do not go here. Find a competent office.
